Yoni Steam - Wisdom of the Flowers

In our modern age we have come to hear and possibly believe in the power of facial and body steams. A yoni steam works in a similar way in that you are draping a part of your divine body over a botanical blend to soak in the steam. A yoni steam is specific to women and is for steaming your lady parts, your vaginal area. Sometimes called a Vaginal steam of V-Steam or Devi Steam.

Ingredients:

Calendula, lavender buds, rose petals, red raspberry leaf, red clover

Directions:

Place 2-3 tbsp. in a heat proof bowl (glass, stainless steel, or ceramic). Pour boiling water over top and let rest for a couple minutes. Squat or kneel over the bowl and wrap a towel around you to help keep the steam in. Be cautious of the temperature of the steam. it shouldn't be so hot it makes you uncomfortable. if it's too much, un wrap and let the steam escape a bit. Start with 5 min. and work upwards of 10-15 min at a time to reach full beneficial effects. Avoid during pregnancy and menstruation.
