Want even more benefit and want to try an ancient herbal remedy? :) It's called the cold sock remedy! First, wet a pair of cotton socks in cold water. The, ring them out so they just feel damp and aren't dripping. Second, get a pair of wool socks to wear over top. Next, apply the balm to the bottoms of your feet, then apply the cold socks on top, then the wool socks as your last layer. It will trick your body into thinking it is cold and your body will respond by raising your internal body temperature a little bit, which helps your body to fight off the germs. I love cuddling up under a blanket or I hop into bed after doing this to reap the full benefits. Your wake up feeling renewed!
We package all our balms in amber glass jars to prolong the life of the product and to reduce environmental impact. Please recycle or upcycle the jar when you are finished.
