Awaken your digestion and lymphatics this spring with this beautiful and tasty blend of bitter herbs such as Dandelion Leaf, Grapefruit Peel, and Plantain, paired with wild raspberry leaf, calendula, milky oats, and spruce tips.
Why is bitter good for us? Bitter taste awakens our digestion and helps our liver detoxify. It is what makes us salivate and get the digestive juices flowing and ready for what we will be eating that day. It's nourishing for the liver, helping flush, detoxify, and nourish the body as we transition in spring from our winter slumber. Bitter herbs are helpful for lymphatic flow, so I love including them in teas and tinctures.

Slightly Bitter and fresh.
Ingredients
Dandelion leaf^, Orange Peel*, Plantain leaf*, Red Clover Blossom*, and Oatstraw*.

Directions
Place 1 -2 tsp./cup. Poor boiling water over top and let steep for 5+ min. Serve with your choice of honey, or a nut milk if desired.
