We have made a unique herbal & green tea blend perfect for nourishment for heart to help you lay a strong loving foundation, and tap into your intuition. The herbs in this blend align with our heart, throat, and third eye chakras.
There is a strong connection between our heart & mind, our voice and the waters of our body. Our water helps us express our emotions and personality. Tulsi is uplifting and joyous, while red clover & hawthorn strengthen and nourish our heart. They are also women loving herbs too and can help balance our hormones.
Taste notes: gentle, floral, green tea. Using a young green tea, it doesn't have a strong tannin taste typical of older green tea or black tea.
Ingredients
- Tulsi - herbaceous, hint of lemon
- Red Clover Blossoms - sweet & floral
- Hawthorn leaves & flowers - fruity & floral
- Green Tea - Green Sencha - excellent for skin health & gives a little energy boost.
How to use
1 tsp/ cup of freshly boiled water. Steep for 5 min or longer depending on your preference. Pour in a mug & enjoy. Wonderful with a teaspoon of honey stirred in.
