Elderberries are a powerhouse when it comes to boosting/strengthening our immune health through the winter months. We lean on this blend daily through the fall/winter and cold/flu season. We have paired elderberries with some powerful immune boosting botanicals like Calendula, Reishi mushroom, and locally wild-harvested Usnea lichen and wild Rosehips.
