This body oil contains a blend of anti-inflammatory & detoxifying herbs such as Calendula, dandelion, plantain, comfrey, juniper berry, and chickweed which help to stimulate your circulatory and lymphatic systems. It will give your systems a boost, helping you feel energized and less sluggish or heavy.

About

• Juniper berry, lemon, cypress, ginger root, and rosemary essential oils help to stimulate the lymphatic system.
• Dandelion leaves/flowers and plantain and chickweed leaves are infused in the carrier oils to assist with detoxification and lymphatic stimulation.

Why a body oil?

Our body makes a natural oily/waxy coating called 'sebum' that helps protect our skin from the elements. This oil works in conjunction with your natural system to help protect, soothe and moisturize your skin. Commercial lotions contain on average, 70% water in their formulations, which means they are cheap, low on quality ingredients, and actually drying on the skin. Water is excellent for hydrating the skin, but, it works best for hydration when taken in the form of fluids, foods, and hydrating salt soaks. The body oil can be added to the bath to make your soak more moisturizing and aromatic too!

Ingredients

Helianthus annuus (sunflower) oil/Olea Europea (extra-virgin olive) oil* infused with Calendula*, plantain* & dandelion flowers*, (avocado) oil*, (jojoba) oil*, (raspberry seed) oil*, plant-derived vitamin E*, essential oils of: Citrus limonum (lemon), Juniperus communis L. (juniper berry), Lavendula angustifolia (lavender), Callitris intratropica (australian blue cypress), and Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary).

How to Apply

Pump or pour a small amount out and rub onto dry skin. Softening and moisturizing. Excellent to use on moist/damp skin after a bath or shower. Pour a small amount into the palm of your hand and rub in. It will leave you feeling soft and moisturized all day long!

Pro tip!  Makes a wonderful massage oil or use with cupping. For a bath, add a splash to a salt soak for a detoxifying, muscle releasing bath.
