Autumn Bliss Bath + Body Oil

When we oil, we engage our sense of smell and touch, and sight as we take in our whole selves. This body oil has infused Calendula and Rose in a blend or carrier oils nourishing for dry skin, and we added some of our fresh pressed Sea Buckthorn Oil from the berries we picked. These berries are packed with antioxidants, caratenoids and vitamin E, which is wonderful for nourishing and repairing dry skin. The colour of the body oil, is very autumn like. A golden shield or moisture for your skin.

How to Apply

Pump a small amount into the palm of your hand and rub your hands together to warm up the oil, then massage into your skin. Makes a wonderful moisturizer and massage oil. Apply to dry skin or damp skin after a shower/bath or as part of your evening self-care routine. Will leave you feeling soft and moisturized all day long!

Pro tip!  Add a 1/4 c. to a salt bath for a relaxing, muscle releasing soak. 

For a lymph-loving protocol follow these steps in order: First, self-massage your collar bone/heart area, then shoulders. then abdomen: following the flow of digestion. From your core, work your way out to your limbs, going out towards your toes and fingers then work your way back towards your core, finishing off with an abdominal drainage again, followed by the collarbone area.
