    How to use

    You can use as a single mitt or buy a pair and really give your body a massage.  Use them dry on your skin, or try them as a bath mitt for the shower or bath to exfoliate the skin when wet.

    Dry brush tips: Start at the collarbone shoulder girdle area to flush the main lymphatic drain, then work outwards along your limbs and down towards your toes, using an upwards brushing motion, brushing towards the heart, and use circular strokes around the joints.

    Additional info

    Made from Jute, a natural fibre. Unlike other dry brushes, these are washable. We recommend using a garment bag and washing on warm, delicate cycle.
