For over a year now I've been using a homemade fluoride-free toothpaste I make with bentonite clay, purified water, baking soda, finely ground sea salt, cinnamon, and clove. People everywhere are starting to ditch 'Shampoo", which is the poo in the 'no poo' movement!    Why go 'no poo'?
