The latin name is Plantago major, while the common/folk/indenigous names include: frog leaf, white man's foot, snakeleaf, ribwort, broad-leaf plantain.
Found all across Europe, North America, and Asia. It's is easily accessible and offers some interesting benefits for our lymph, gut, and skin. Let check it out.
