We wanted to share with you 5 different things you can do with your lip balm so you can make the most of your purchase and save $$ on products in the long run!
1. Cuticle + hand balm
Rub your skin stick on your cuticles or palms on calluses to repair and help prevent breakage.
2. Tame flyaways - Bye bye static!
For hair ends that keep flying away or are static-y, rub it directly onto your hair strands or rub a bit on your finger tips, then run your fingers through your hair. Winter toque hair anyone? Try this and you will thank me later!
3. Make-up base. Make your eyeshadow last longer.
Put it on your eyelids like an eyeshadow primer or your cheeks as a base layer before applying make-up and the powders will stick longer, plus you are nourishing your skin underneath which is awesome in this dry, cold season.
4. Moisturize your hands
I know a few of our customers out there who are working with their hands all day and have been applying the poplar skin sticks and lip balms to their dry chapped hands and can't believe how much better there hands are! It might be easier than carrying around a tin of balm and no need to dip your fingers in, just rub the tube over your hands like a marker where you need it, then massage your hands together.
5. Treat shaving cuts
Shaving cuts anywhere - on our face, armpits, or legs can really sting! Rub some lip balm/skin stick on the cut to soothe and protect the skin while it heals.
So...which one of these was new to you?
A few were new to me too! I will be trying it for taming my toque hair flyaways some days!
